      The team is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the Asia Pacific countries with its multilingual team that communicates with Air France and KLM’s direct customers in three languages: Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia and English.

    • Business to Trade (B2T)

      B2T small cluster deals with IATA and non-IATA member travel agents when they have queries about Air France and KLM products, policies, and procedures through calls and e-mails.

    • Business to Groups (B2G)

      Booking for more than 9 passengers? Our B2G team is responsible for arranging their flight and making sure their reservation is complete.
    • Fares & Ticketing (F&T)

      When it comes to complex reservations, our Back Office Support is our helping hand. This team supports are frontliners (Sales & Services) when it comes to manual issuance, reissuance of tickets, and many more.

    • Refunds

      One of the smaller teams that has a very crucial and meticulous role with a bit of calculation. Hundreds to thousands of refund requests are being handled and processed by the team daily.
