Global Operations

We are part of the Cygnific Cluster, a multi-channel service center located in the Netherlands that was established in 1998.

Our day to day operations is divided into two clusters:

People Development

We offer trainings to new hires that include technical and soft skills training. We also provide support and employee development inside and outside of the organization.

A team of trainers and new hires coordinators that nurtures and equips our young bloods to prepare them before being endorsed to our global operations.

A team responsible for all communications such as news, updates, and events that need to be shared within the organization.

Support

In IAS, we also have different support groups providing specialized expertise and assistance to ensure that the company functions smoothly. They are the following:

The Human Resources department is in charge in all facets of human resources that include Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations/Engagement, and Organizational Development.

They take charge of compliances, preparation of Sales Invoices and Cash Receipts, partnerships, and other business documents.

The Workforce Management department works closely with operations and other support groups. They are responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand to ensure that operational needs when it comes to staffing are met and well-maintained.

The ICT department maintains the computer networks of IAS, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company is functioning well.

A small team that serves as the brain and the second line of support to our global operations. Knowledge Management Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that our reference guide is clear with instructions in line with Air France and KLM’s procedures.

Our Quality Coordinators are responsible in ensuring that the target quality service standards are met and maintained for our global operations.

We aim to provide support for children.
